Trade fair attendances serve as our direct link to our customers and partners while also providing a unique opportunity to showcase our innovative pharmaceutical packaging solutions live.

In an increas­ingly digi­tal­ized world, trade fairs offer an unpar­al­leled oppor­tu­nity to foster personal contacts, build trust, and discuss the future of the phar­ma­ceu­tical industry with our customers and part­ners. In addi­tion, we use the synergy of offline and online trade fair pres­ence to reach out to even more people. This includes our virtual trade fair portal, the Uhlmann Plaza, and various digital shows. This gives customers and inter­ested parties the oppor­tu­nity to learn all about our prod­ucts and services, even if they are unable to attend a trade fair in person.

Trade fair atten­dance in 2024: A team effort

In 2023, trade fairs and exhi­bi­tions were almost back to pre-pandemic levels, and we had some 20 events on our list. And this year, we will once again be showing our colors at numerous trade shows around the globe. Our mission is to show­case inno­v­a­tive, end-to-end solu­tions in tech­nology, digi­tal­iza­tion, and services to an inter­na­tional audi­ence, forge new contacts with customers and strengthen existing ones, and further expand our market posi­tion as a leading supplier of pack­aging systems for the phar­ma­ceu­tical industry.

Our focus will be on:

  • Presenting our high­lights: From the Parenteral Tray Center PTC 200, our new system for pack­aging parenterals in mono-mate­rial card­board, and inno­v­a­tive services, such as a broad range of remote service options, right down to intu­itive soft­ware solu­tions that make our customers’ everyday lives easier. True to the spirit of “local4local”, the topics natu­rally differ, like the ECO 700 which is cele­brating its trade fair premiere in China this year.
  • Gener­ating leads and winning new customers: We use trade shows as a step­ping­stone to forge new contacts and expand our reach.
  • Culti­vating existing customer rela­tion­ships: Engaging person­ally with our customers and part­ners is a top priority. We listen to them, learn about their needs, and build trust.
  • Strength­ening our market pres­ence: Actively partic­i­pating in trade fairs under­scores our inno­v­a­tive strength and consol­i­dates our repu­ta­tion as a reli­able partner in the phar­ma­ceu­tical industry.

A trade fair high­light: The ACHEMA 2024

ACHEMA in Frank­furt is a high­light in our trade fair calendar. This year, we will be presenting the PTC 200 live in action under the motto Ready for more!  We will also be show­casing topics such as the pack­aging of tablets in bottles or blis­ters, Pexcite, and services at the stand. At our stand: colleagues from Cremer Speci­aal­ma­chines with their exhibits. By holding live shows several times a day, we aim to attract more visi­tors to our booth and give them an oppor­tu­nity to expe­ri­ence tomorrow’s pack­aging processes. And our Uhlmann Plaza, which will be avail­able on all screens, will enable the sales team to present even more topics to our visi­tors.

The secret of our success: Team­work

Behind every successful trade fair event is a strong team. Our trade fair team from Laupheim coor­di­nates the plan­ning and imple­men­ta­tion of all trade fair exhi­bi­tions with passion and exper­tise.  Natu­rally, they also rely on the active support of our assembly, program­ming, product manage­ment, and sales teams whose know-how and commit­ment contribute to the success of these events. Only through the excel­lent coop­er­a­tion of all involved can we delight and inspire our customers at the shows and achieve our goals.

Various regional trade fairs are orga­nized locally, where our colleagues work on site and can consult the trade fair team from Laupheim at any time for advice and assis­tance.

What is the Uhlmann Plaza?

The Uhlmann Plaza is our digital trade show portal. It currently features different lines – the BEC 400, PTC 200 and the BLU 200 – as well as topics such as Bottle Pack­aging, Pexcite, Service, and Pack­aging Compe­tence. The digital shows are also broad­cast via the Uhlmann Plaza.

Anyone inter­ested can register here with their e-mail address for the Uhlmann Plaza. Uhlmann addresses are all approved auto­mat­i­cally.

Who is respon­sible for trade fairs at Uhlmann?

Trade fairs are all about team­work. In Laupheim and at our various Uhlmann loca­tions, we have many colleagues who are passionate about making our trade fair events a success!
