Good service thrives on exchange. So we were all the more pleased that the Service Days in September could once again take place on site in Laupheim. Ethieny Silva and Guilherme Pereira travelled from Brazil and describe their impressions here.

55 partic­i­pants from all over the Uhlmann world met in Laupheim from 13 to 15 September to discuss service issues. Among other things, they discussed the chal­lenges of customer service, how best to commu­ni­cate with customers and how colleagues can network with each other world­wide.

The impres­sions that Ethieny Silva, Finance Admin­is­tra­tive Manager Uhlmann Brazil, and Guil­herme Pereira, Service Coor­di­nator Uhlmann Brazil, brought back from their trip prove that networking is already working well. For Ethieny it was the first visit to Laupheim ever – Guilherme’s last visit was 5 years ago. They expe­ri­enced quite a lot in this one week and took pictures for us, but see for your­self. For the first time at Uhlmann Head­quar­ters

It was a great first impres­sion of Uhlmann in Germany. I was impressed by the organ­i­sa­tion and struc­ture of the company, which was shown to us on a tour of the build­ings by our colleagues Beate and Josef. It has exceeded my expec­ta­tions during these nine years at Uhlmann Técnica. And what a friendly welcome – everyone was friendly and supportive.
