ApprenticesThe Instagram team introduces itself

Social media is very important nowadays because it allows us to reach more people. We trainees present our everyday work at the company on an Instagram account, which we would like to introduce to you in this report. You can find out exactly what we do and who is behind it here.

We are eleven apprentices from different professions and with the support of Corinna Weggenmann (trainer of industrial clerks) and Matthias Hötzinger (trainer of electronics technicians) we manage the Instagram account “uhlmann.azubis” together. We meet regularly for about an hour to collect ideas, discuss what’s coming up in the near future and what we could upload in the future. We currently have almost 1,400 followers, which makes us very happy. We hope that we can gain even more followers in the future.

The purpose of the account is to give schoolchildren and young people an understanding of training at Uhlmann and to tell employees and future trainees what makes training at Uhlmann so special. In this way, future applicants can get a first impression of what Uhlmann has to offer in terms of training. For example, you can find great insights into our training workshop and the new office worlds, current events and much more on our account. Among other things, we also create posts about the different occupational groups and their activities and posts from the new trainees and students. We also have our annual Advent calendar in December, where we give away great and very varied prizes. If you would like to find out more about our trainees’ everyday life, please follow us on our Instagram channel @uhlmann.azubis!
