After a prolonged lean period and a challenging bidding and negotiation phase, we were able to place with our customer several orders with a total of eight repetition systems (PP) for several sites.

Thanks to a convincing feeding concept based on LCIA (Low Cost Intelligent Automation), we were able to achieve the required return on investment of our customer and the competitor was “beaten”. Our customer orders another system with feeder, the ten existing systems are to be retrofitted.
Engineering Consumer Products
The first of our Global Account customers as well as “National Heroes” are responding enthusiastically to the development and presentation of flexible cyclePac solutions: with the same format set different depths and widths can be packed.
Product Management
The introduction of regular and global sales training sessions, at least once a month with approx. 40 participants, allows transparency and the exchange of knowledge.
Sales Office Processes
The more challenging the starting position due to turbulent annual accounts, the pandemic or capacity bottlenecks, the more brilliant the team spirit.
Application Field Contact Lenses
With the on-time completion of the first batch size 1 – primary packaging system for a new customer, for which we received outstanding feedback on cooperation and quality from the inquiry to the SAT, we were able to achieve another success as a CL team.

In spite of constantly changing requirements in corona and travel regulations, we were able to expand resources and perform many service calls.

In addition to improved, daily updated and digital internal communication, we were able to expand communication with our customers to include digital channels.
Finance and Controlling
The audit of the annual financial statements by the auditors was successfully carried out in digital/virtual form for the first time.
Documentation and Qualification
The first steps towards on-time delivery of the documentation have been made, and the approaches are positive and promising.
