our plant in WrocławPeople at Uhlmann Poland

We have not only gained a new location with the addition of our plant in Wrocław, but also many new colleagues. Four of the over 50-strong workforce expressed their feelings about being a part of Uhlmann.

Akradiusz Wójtowicz

34, CNC operator, joined Uhlmann Poland in June 2019

“In my previous job I was unable to improve my skills. Employed by Uhlmann Polska, I have the opportunity to work with the most advanced technology and can shape up for future needs. What I appreciate most about Uhlmann is that one can express an opinion, and contribute ideas and solutions. The innovative strength of the company, the great working environment, and the good atmosphere also appeal to me.”

Anna Szuchnik

53, production planner, joined Uhlmann Poland in July 2019

“I was thrilled when I received the offer of a job at Uhlmann. I find the vigor of our company positive. As everything is new, our previous work experience is important. We are learning lots of new things and are able to play an active part. In my function as production planner, it is my responsibility to see what is produced and when. I work in close cooperation with Logistics and Purchasing. What I find particularly important is the friendly and open-minded atmosphere among the whole team.”

Piotr Podlodowski

30, CNC operator, joined Uhlmann Poland in June 2019

“I decided to leave my previous job and change to Uhlmann Polska because there was no opportunity for me to expand my horizons. I have the opportunity to do so here. That is what appeals to me most about Uhlmann Polska. The company is supportive and offers many training opportunities. Furthermore, I am able to actively participate in the development of the company. I find the friendly working atmosphere good.”

Jacek Kędzierski

38, HR Business Partner, joined Uhlmann Poland in April 2019

“Having decided to change my employer, I knew that I did not want to sign on with just any company. However, it was strange to give up a job for a company that only existed on paper at the time. After my first meeting with Aziz Simsek, Managing Director of Uhlmann Polska, and Gert Jaudas, HR Director, I knew that I wanted to be a part of this project. I am very happy that I seized the opportunity and can confirm everything Aziz Simsek told me during our first meeting about the vision of the future of the company. Actively turning this vision into reality appeals to me immensely. I now work for a company managed by people for whom Industry 4.0 is not enough.”
