Once again this year, the \u201cWeih\u00adnacht\u00adsza\u00aduber\u201d was the high\u00adlight of the Advent season at Uhlmann. Every\u00adthing the heart desires was on offer: mulled wine, treats, excite\u00adment at the raffle, and a festive atmos\u00adphere.<\/p>\n\n\n

New this year: Instead of the tradi\u00adtional Christmas speech, the focus on Wednesday was on exchange. Our chairman Tobias Uhlmann took the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to look back together with Matthias Niemeyer (Chairman of the Board & CEO of the Uhlmann Group), Cris\u00adtian Reiter (CTO of Uhlmann Pac), Alexander Br\u00fccker (Chairman of the Works Council) and Joana Bernauer (Project Manager, Solu\u00adtion Engi\u00adneering) and to discuss ques\u00adtions such as \u201cWhat was your high\u00adlight of 2025?\u201d or \u201cWhich moment gave you a real \u2018We can do it!\u2019 feeling?\u201d This created an open dialogue with profes\u00adsional and personal insights and an exciting outlook for the coming year 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was also a film showing high\u00adlights from Family Day and Mrs. Uhlmann\u2019s 90th birthday \u2013 an emotional look back at these two high\u00adlights of the year that is coming to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A heart\u00adfelt thank you goes to the event committee for the great orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion, to the Uhlmann Orchestra for the festive accom\u00adpa\u00adni\u00adment, and to all helping hands who made this cele\u00adbra\u00adtion some\u00adthing special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A tree full of wishes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A high\u00adlight from last year made a come\u00adback: our Wish Tree campaign! The Christmas tree in the foyer was once again deco\u00adrated with numerous wishes this year, and our employees didn\u2019t hesi\u00adtate to fulfill all of them. Together, we brought great joy to the Child Protec\u00adtion Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion Laupheim, the Senior Center Laupheim, and the Animal Shelter in Biberach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our colleagues in Laupheim fulfilled numerous heart\u00adfelt wishes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
