The green belt symbol\u00adizes the third level of training. With the focus on Plan\u00adning, Lead Time, Delivery Reli\u00ada\u00adbility and Quality, Cremer is taking a signif\u00adi\u00adcant step forward in strength\u00adening its market posi\u00adtion and preparing for future growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">System\u00adat\u00adi\u00adcally improving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The training was provided by <a>Ren\u00e9 Visser <\/a>from PEEC (Produc\u00adtivity Engi\u00adneering Excel\u00adlence Corpo\u00adra\u00adtion) and offered the partic\u00adi\u00adpants not only a thor\u00adough theo\u00adret\u00adical foun\u00adda\u00adtion but also the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to apply their knowl\u00adedge prac\u00adti\u00adcally. The next step is the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the acquired knowl\u00adedge in prac\u00adtice through the selec\u00adtion of concrete projects. During a brain\u00adstorming session, various prob\u00adlems were iden\u00adti\u00adfied, which, after careful consul\u00adta\u00adtion and assess\u00adment against the objec\u00adtives of Oper\u00ada\u00adtional Excel\u00adlence, led to the selec\u00adtion of six projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applying knowl\u00adedge in prac\u00adtice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The so-called DMAIC method will be followed for each selected project. The DMAIC method, an acronym for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, forms the back\u00adbone of these projects. It offers a system\u00adatic and struc\u00adtured approach that facil\u00adi\u00adtates evidence-backed improve\u00adments.
