Through a LinkedIn post by project manager Chris\u00adtian Grab<\/a>, many people learned about the Factory Accep\u00adtance Test (FAT) with client Popular Phar\u00adma\u00adceu\u00adti\u00adcals Limited earlier this year. Grab has handled a whop\u00adping 27 projects with Bangladeshi clients over the past decade. But this time there was a special feature: two service tech\u00adni\u00adcians from our agency Khan & Deen completed a training course before\u00adhand \u2013 and got to know the country and its people. Jahurul Islam and Miran Shah recorded their impres\u00adsions for pactuell. <\/p>\n

I had a wonderful time in Germany. The weather was freezing but the people warm and friendly. What impressed me, was the fresh air!<\/p>\n

Training session<\/h3>\n

Jahurul Islam: \u201cMy trainers Thomas Collins and J\u00fcrgen Eisele explained the machine\u2019s safety func\u00adtions, main\u00adte\u00adnance, trou\u00adbleshooting, and diag\u00adnostic method well. I was impressed and happy with the training, which bene\u00adfited my work and customer support. The training covered topics such as how to increase the produc\u00adtivity of the machine, how to perform preven\u00adtive and correc\u00adtive main\u00adte\u00adnance, diag\u00adnose and solve common prob\u00adlems and opti\u00admize the machine\u2019s perfor\u00admance. I learned a lot of new skills and tech\u00adniques that I can apply in my daily work. The training also allowed me to network with other profes\u00adsionals in the field and share best prac\u00adtices and expe\u00adri\u00adences.<\/p>\n

I have so many beau\u00adtiful memo\u00adries from my trip to Germany. It was an unfor\u00adget\u00adtable expe\u00adri\u00adence that I will cherish forever. I hope to visit again someday and see more of this fantastic country.<\/p>\n

Training<\/h3>\n

All the instruc\u00adtors were excel\u00adlent \u2013 incred\u00adibly patient, clear, and engaging! I think the course mate\u00adrial overall was perfect and suffi\u00adcient for in-depth learning. It helped me to work more formally and think more deeply about my work. This training was insightful, infor\u00adma\u00adtive and exciting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Canteen<\/h3>\n

Jahurul Islam: The food at the Uhlmann canteen was deli\u00adcious, espe\u00adcially the tradi\u00adtional German dishes. I tried some of them, such as Bratwurst, Schnitzel and Sp\u00e4tzle. The meals were hearty and satis\u00adfying \u2013 perfect for the cold weather.<\/p>\n

Factory Accep\u00adtance Test<\/h3>\n

We partic\u00adi\u00adpated in a Factory Accep\u00adtance Test (FAT) with our esteemed customer, Popular Phar\u00adma\u00adceu\u00adti\u00adcals Company. The FAT was a success, and our customer was pleased with the results. As a souvenir, Beate Glanz took a group photo for us. We are pleased with the lovely picture and the pleasant expe\u00adri\u00adence. <\/p>\n

Weekend trip<\/h3>\n

Our friend Dirk West\u00aden\u00adberger took us to the Neuschwanstein Castle, a beau\u00adtiful moun\u00adtain palace. <\/p>\n

Snow<\/h3>\n

We saw snow for the first time, which was terrific. We had a lot of fun sledging, eating, and exploring the area.<\/p>\n

Another weekend <\/h3>\n

We visited Ulm, Albert Einstein\u2019s birth\u00adplace, with my friend Mr. Bernd Pfister. We saw the Ulm Minster, the highest church tower in the world, and climbed to the top for a stun\u00adning view of the city. We also walked along the Danube River, which flows through Ulm. We had lunch at a cozy restau\u00adrant by the river. <\/p>\n

Bikes<\/h3>\n

Our friend Bernd Pfister arranged two bicy\u00adcles for us to commute daily from the hotel in Laupheim to Uhlmann. It helped a lot to roam around Laupheim city as well. We were excited and appre\u00adci\u00adated his great hospi\u00adtality.<\/p>\n

Carnival<\/h3>\n

We expe\u00adri\u00adenced the carnival season, also known as the \u201cFifth Season,\u201d with my friend Chris\u00adtian Grab. It was delightful to see the tradi\u00adtional festival and culture of Germany. We watched the parade and cele\u00adbrated with the locals. <\/p>\n

Reunion<\/h3>\n

Jahurul Islam and Miran Shah from our agency Khan & Deen are already looking after some Blister machines B 1440 and Cartoner C 2305 in their home country Bangladesh, so at the begin\u00adning of the year they were in Laupheim for five weeks for training and FAT with the customer Popular from Bangladesh. Recently, Jahurul Islam returned to Laupheim for another FAT. In his luggage: memo\u00adries of the last visit to Germany. [\u2026]<\/p>\n
