55 partic\u00adi\u00adpants from all over the Uhlmann world met in Laupheim from 13 to 15 September to discuss service issues. Among other things, they discussed the chal\u00adlenges of customer service, how best to commu\u00adni\u00adcate with customers and how colleagues can network with each other world\u00adwide.<\/p>\n

The impres\u00adsions that Ethieny Silva, Finance Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive Manager Uhlmann Brazil, and Guil\u00adherme Pereira, Service Coor\u00addi\u00adnator Uhlmann Brazil, brought back from their trip prove that networking is already working well. For Ethieny it was the first visit to Laupheim ever \u2013 Guilherme\u2019s last visit was 5 years ago. They expe\u00adri\u00adenced quite a lot in this one week and took pictures for us, but see for your\u00adself. The pactuell edito\u00adrial team says OBRIGADA!<\/p>\n

It was a great first impres\u00adsion of Uhlmann in Germany. I was impressed by the organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion and struc\u00adture of the company, which was shown to us on a tour of the build\u00adings by our colleagues Beate and Josef. It has exceeded my expec\u00adta\u00adtions during these nine years at Uhlmann T\u00e9cnica. And what a friendly welcome \u2013 everyone was friendly and supportive.<\/p>\n

It was also my very first visit to Pester, where I was able to get an idea of the projects, the busi\u00adness and the part\u00adner\u00adship with Uhlmann.<\/p>\n

The visit to Pester gives me a better under\u00adstanding of the prod\u00aducts. This helps me a lot, because from now on I will manage new projects in Brazil.<\/p>\n
