He has been playing the piano ever since he was six years old, and even earned his pocket money in his youth as a church organist. But the guitar sets the mood at a party, and so he exchanged keys for strings.<\/p>\n<p>In the mean\u00adtime, Bernd Klein\u00admann owns four guitars which he also plays at the camp\u00adfire. But not the Taylor, which is too valu\u00adable. \u201cIt hasn\u2019t seen the light of a camp\u00adfire yet,\u201d he chuckles. Some\u00adtimes he even has a guitar with him when he meets up with customers. Because he knows that music opens doors. \u201cBut the situ\u00ada\u00adtion needs to be right.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5195\" src=\"https:\/\/pactuell.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/Pactuell-Bernd-Kleinmann-02-680x899.jpg\" alt width=\"380\" height=\"502\"><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quality is when the customer comes back to us, and not the machine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><cite>Bernd Klein\u00admann<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Like once at a meeting with customers from Holland. Someone in the group talked about her passion for playing the guitar and singing. The right cue for Klein\u00admann: At the next meeting in a pub, he brought along his guitar. \u201cI look after a lot of Dutch clients, and I can sing a lot of songs in Dutch.\u201d It turned out to be a fun evening that strength\u00adened the bond with our customers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5193 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/pactuell.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/Pactuell-Bernd-Kleinmann-01-680x513.jpg\" alt width=\"680\" height=\"513\"><\/p>\n<p>Good customer rela\u00adtions are impor\u00adtant to Bernd Klein\u00admann. As Sales Manager, he not only wants to impress customers with his prod\u00aducts. He also makes sure that the product is right for the customer. This is the only way to build long-term busi\u00adness rela\u00adtion\u00adships. \u201cQuality is when the customer comes back to us, and not the machine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He would love to perform on the big stage someday along\u00adside profes\u00adsional musi\u00adcians. Prefer\u00adably with AC\/DC. \u201cBut until that happens, I still have some prac\u00adticing to do. Will Bernd Klein\u00admann ever get to sell AC\/DC a machine then?
