The modern working envi\u00adron\u00adments are reflected in the spatial concept and the furnishing of the work zones we are familiar with from the D6 building (Meeting, Create, Focus, Lounge, etc.).\n<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wpcmsdev-toggle\">\n<h3 class=\"toggle-title\"><a href=\"#toggle-the-project\"><i class=\"fa fa-plus icon-for-inactive\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-minus icon-for-active\"><\/i>The project<\/a><\/h3>\n<div id=\"toggle-the-project\" class=\"toggle-content\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>Plan\u00adning and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion:<\/strong> Ulrich Gr\u00e4fe, (external) Facility Manage\u00adment, is respon\u00adsible for super\u00advising the construc\u00adtion project, while Stefan Mein\u00adgast, Senior Expert Facility Manage\u00adment, is in charge of imple\u00admenting the \u201cNew Work\u201d concept of modern working envi\u00adron\u00adments. In addi\u00adtion, many colleagues from different areas have been supporting the project from day one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who is moving in?<\/strong> Busi\u00adness Unit UD: 1st and 2nd floors, UPD and UAD: 1st floor<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commis\u00adsioning for a reno\u00adva\u00adtion concept:<\/strong> M\u00e4rz 2018<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start of plan\u00adning with project team:<\/strong> Herbst 2019<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deci\u00adsion for modern working envi\u00adron\u00adments:<\/strong> August 2020<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start of construc\u00adtion:<\/strong> Sommer 2021<\/li>\n<li><strong>Move-in sched\u00aduled for:<\/strong> Sommer 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpcmsdev-toggle\">\n<h3 class=\"toggle-title\"><a href=\"#toggle-the-renovation-measures\"><i class=\"fa fa-plus icon-for-inactive\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-minus icon-for-active\"><\/i>The reno\u00adva\u00adtion measures<\/a><\/h3>\n<div id=\"toggle-the-renovation-measures\" class=\"toggle-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Sani\u00adtary facil\u00adi\u00adties are being completely renewed and spatially rearranged.<\/li>\n<li>All building services (electricity\/ lighting\/ ventilation\/ plumbing) are being renewed.<\/li>\n<li>New venti\u00adla\u00adtion units are being installed on the roof.<\/li>\n<li>Instal\u00adla\u00adtion of a cooling system with cooling elements on the ceil\u00adings.<\/li>\n<li>New floor cover\u00adings are being installed.<\/li>\n<li>The new ceiling with suspended sound absorp\u00adtion baffles absorbs sound.<\/li>\n<li>The inte\u00adrior sun shading will remain;
