Jinzhou Wonder Packing Co., Ltd. is getting bigger \u2013 as testi\u00adfied by an impres\u00adsive new building in the indus\u00adtrial area of Jinzhou, a city with three million inhab\u00adi\u00adtants in north\u00adeastern China. The deci\u00adsion to build the new facility came twenty years after the company was founded in 1998. The Wonder Managing Director Henry Fang explains why: \u201cThe new admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion building and produc\u00adtion facility repre\u00adsent the latest state-of-the art, some\u00adthing that both Wonder and the entire Uhlmann Group stand for. And the premises also provide ample space to accom\u00admo\u00addate Wonder\u2019s further expan\u00adsion.\u201d<\/p>\n

Just four-and-a-half months after the building work began, Wonder\u2019s team of around 200 colleagues were able to take up their duties in the new 3,300- square-meter admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion building and the 12,000-square-meter produc\u00adtion hall at the end of 2019. Another 8,000 sqm facility is reserved for the next phase of produc\u00adtion expan\u00adsion.<\/p>\n

Just in time to mark Wonder\u2019s ten-year affil\u00adi\u00ada\u00adtion with the Uhlmann Group, the pandemic situ\u00ada\u00adtion had finally reached a point where it was possible for our colleagues in China to cele\u00adbrate the anniver\u00adsary with a family day. \u201cIt was a fantastic day that clearly showed just how comfort\u00adable our employees feel \u2013 not only in the new building, but also as part of the Uhlmann Group.\u201d<\/p>\n
